Manufacture of New Components
We at Galtee Engineering are able to assist with the needs of our clients to provide new replacement components for their mining machinery, components that through our years of experience in repairing worn and damaged parts have been able to provide solutions to fatigue and failure issues that dominate the industry and have been able to implement improvements to a large range of these parts, some of which can be seen below. We also liaise with our clients to help develop and provide improvement modifications to all components for client specific purposes.

All buckets are made to order and if we don't have current drawings in file then we can draw up your own bucket and build in all improvements to suit your needs and circumstances

New Truck Trays
All truck trays can be built as per O.E.M. specifications, or modified to suit your specific requirements. Floors can be upgraded, sides reshaped, headboards modified and carry capacity altered to suit the specific gravity of your operations. Wear packages designed to suit your needs and replacement kits kept on file for future orders. No more guess work required.

New Work/Services platforms (QDS Systems)
We are able to manufacture a range of certified service and charge-up platforms to suit your Integrated Tool Carriers with quick detach system, whether it is a Volvo, Komatsu, Caterpillar or any other brand machine we will be able to provide a platform to suit your model.

Other Products
Galtee Engineering are also able to offer a full compliment of services for all our underground and surface mining clients, these include the manufacture of one off items such as a truck counter weight, to multiple items such as pipe brackets. We also specialise in the manufacture and assembly of Shark SBP lip assemblies. Mechanical lip fitments as well as weld on fitments.
